Hi, I’m Isabel Reyes.

No, I don’t have a doctorate in marketing, and I didn’t build my career at one of the world’s most famous tech companies.

I studied music and then became a marketer, but not another marketer.

So honestly, my mother and I are equally surprised that I became good at marketing instead of becoming the next Mozart, because I was as good in music as I am in business.

What I do have is 12 years of real-world experience. I’ve worked as a growth marketer, led teams, built campaigns and content strategies, and developed deep expertise in partnerships, affiliates and performance growth across SaaS, B2B and e-commerce.

I’m originally from Honduras and arrived in Europe with around €50 in my pocket. A year later, I was running an agency in Romania, generating more than €100,000 annually with a team of six.

Then I burned out.

I realised I didn’t want to build another agency at the expense of my health or become trapped managing a business I no longer enjoyed. So I returned to what suited me best: working independently, developing ideas, solving growth problems and helping companies build systems that do not depend entirely on spending more money on ads.

That journey led me to create my own framework: the Influence Funnel.

It challenges the idea that growth must always come from increasingly expensive paid channels. Instead, businesses can build growth systems they own by working with affiliates, influencers, creators, strategic partners and the most valuable channel they already have: their customers.

This platform is where I share what I’ve learned about marketing, business, careers, tools, growth and the less glamorous realities behind doing the work.

You may also see photos of me climbing walls, singing, travelling or networking with strangers. Talking to people anywhere is apparently one of my gifts—and fortunately, it has been useful in partnerships too.
